Your books stay on your phone

Halo Reader reads your PDFs and creates its speech entirely on your own phone. The app has no permission to use the internet, so no book, document, or listening history can be sent to us or anyone else. Links in the app, such as Buy, open in your browser.

When you buy

Payment is handled by PayPal or iKhokha; we never see your card details. From PayPal we receive your name, email address and the order number. For iKhokha payments you give us your email address. We keep your email address and order number so we can send you your licence key and resend it if you lose it. We use your email only for that and for important messages about your purchase. We do not sell or share it, and we do not send marketing emails.

Where it is stored

Order records are stored securely with Cloudflare, which hosts this website. Licence emails are sent from info@byfaithglobal.com through Google Workspace.

Your rights

You may ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing info@byfaithglobal.com. This is in line with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
